Individual Registration:
To register for the 5K run/walk, fill out the form online by August 19. Race day registration starts at 8:00 am.

Team Registration:
Team registration postmarked by July 25. Click here to download team registration form.

Your chip must be picked up Saturday morning prior to race at registration table.

In addition to the  overall Male and Female finishing awards, the top 3 in each of these classes will be presented with an award: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.  There will also be an award for the largest teams, the individuals on that team will each receive the award.

Brief Description
At 9am, join us for a scenic 5k run or walk ending at the Middleton Hockey tent on the Festival Grounds.  Various kinds of fruits and beverages will be available at the end of the event.  Then head to the Good Neighbor Festival for more food and fun! Course Description
Starting at the corner of Maywood and Bristol, traveling through Middleton’s quiet Maywood neighborhood, down Columbus and on to Branch St.  Cut through Branch Street Retreat where the aid station will be and in to the shady Pheasant Branch Corridor Trail (paved), cross Park Lawn passing under the Parmenter St and the beltline bridges to a turn around point.  Up to Parmenter St, turning east on to Lee St, finishing at the festival site and Middleton Youth Hockey/Capital Brewery tent where a FREE beer and awards ceremony will be held following the race. Youth Activities
If you have a family with young kids, then this is the year for you to participate in the Middleton Good Neighbor Festival 5K Run/Walk!  It will be a fun-filled morning on Sat., August 23rd at the Festival Grounds with activities for toddlers and up.  The regular run/walk begins at 9:00 a.m. with the Youth 1K starting at 10:00 a.m.  Kids ages 6 -12 years will be led by an instructor on the sidewalk.  Each participant will get a completion ribbon/medal or prize.  There will be a toddler “Diaper Dash” and obstacle course from 9:15-10:15, also led by staff from Harbor Athletic Club’s Youth Fitness program.  At least one parent or caregiver will need to be present at the toddler activities.  No pre-registration is needed for the youth or toddler activities.  The youth run and its activities are free thanks to our generous sponsors listed below.

Additional Information
You can pick up your number and shirt early at Fleet Feet Sports Madison, 8440 Old Sauk Rd, on August 22nd from 4pm-6pm. Online registration will close on August 19th at 11:59pm.
